Part Weeks

Where available, part weeks can be booked at a percentage of the full week cost on the following basis:

Monday to Friday: 4 nights = 65% of the weekly rate

Friday to Monday: long weekend breaks available

Please submit a reservation request for the date you require stating the length of stay and we will confirm availability.

Additional Fees

A refundable damage and breakage deposit of £100 may be requested.

Pets

One well behaved dog is very welcome to stay at the cottage, however owners are expected to ensure that dogs do not go on any of the beds or furniture. A charge is £25 per stay is payable at the time of booking. Camber Sands is one of the most dog friendly beaches on the south coast and dogs are permitted on all areas of the beach between 1st October and 30th April. From 1st May to 30th September, dogs are only permitted on some areas of the beach and owners are required to walk dogs away from zoned areas. You can find a map which clearly defines the boundaries of the zoned area on the Rother District Council website.

Summary Terms and Conditions

Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under 18 years of age.
A deposit of 1/3rd of the cost of the holiday is due as soon as your reservation is confirmed.
No bookings are valid until confirmed by the Owner in writing.
The full balance of the cost of the holiday is due 8 weeks before the booking is due to commence.
A £100 deposit against damages and breakages may be requested, and if so, must be paid 8 weeks before the booking is due to commence.
Bed linen, towels will be provided for use by guests. These should not be removed from the property.
One small well-behaved dog is usually permitted (at a standard extra cost), but must be permitted by the Owner prior to booking.
Guide dogs are allowed to stay in the property and no additional premium will be levied.
Smoking is not permitted within the property, and it is forbidden to light candles within the property.
Complaints about the property must be raised immediately.
