The cottage is situated directly on the beautiful beach at Camber Sands with uninterrupted sea views and miles of golden sands. There is access to the entrance at the front of the cottage which is just a few paces from the Central Car Park and direct access via steps with a handrail to the beach on the seaward side at the back. Camber Sands is a designated SSI (Site of Special Scientific Interest) with a unique and expansive dune system, The village is relatively small, with welcoming restaurants, bars and a local convenience store, a choice of water sports and walks to enjoy in and around the area.

We are famous for our beautiful beaches
Camber is situated in East Sussex, just three miles away from the medieval town of Rye, which has retained its charm with cobbled walkways, historical buildings, lovely little independent shops, bars and restaurants. Ypres Tower was built in 1249 to defend the town and is still open to the public, the town has many historic smuggling sites to explore and so much more.
To the east is Dungeness, famous for its stark landscape and desert like beach; and to the west, the ancient towns of Winchelsea (7 miles by road) and further on Hastings (1066 country), renowned for its rich history, in particular the Battle of Hastings, the old town and smugglers caves (15 miles by road).
Camber is situated 70 miles from London, 40 miles from Dover and 45 miles from Gatwick Airport.
